ExoAffiliate Network takes pride in offering an unique array of supported methods of payment, along with the faster payments – By default, payments are processed once a month! Below are the payout terms and the required monthly earnings necessary to meet the criteria:
We will pay you any Commissions earned monthly, provided that your account is currently greater than $100(USD) or equivalent. Accounts with a balance of less than $100(USD) will be postponed to the following month and will continue to be carried over monthly until the amount of $100(USD) is attained. We reserve the right to charge back to your account any previously paid Qualified Actions that are later determined to have not fulfilled the requirements to be deemed a Qualified Action.
Minimum Payout thresholds:
- PayPal – $100 (USD)
- Bank Wire (SWIFT/ACH) – $500 (USD)
- Payoneer – $100 (USD)
Payout fees taken by ExoAffiliate:
- PayPal – no fees
- Bank Wire (SWIFT/ACH) – $45 (USD), for payments over $1000 (USD) – no fees
- Payoneer – no fees
Please bear in mind that each payment service may have its own internal fees or charges.
Whenever a payment is processed, you will be notified via email, informing you that the payment is on route.
Please note that payments are processed only after the Commission(s) have reached $100 or beyond.
Payment for Commissions is dependent upon Advertisers providing such funds to ExoAffiliate, and therefore, you agree that ExoAffiliate shall only be liable to you for Commissions to the extent that ExoAffiliate has received such funds from the Clients. Consequently, you hereby discharge ExoAffiliate from any demand or claim for Commissions if ExoAffiliate has not received such funds from the Advertisers.
ExoAffiliate shall automatically generate an invoice on behalf of Affiliates or Publishers for all Commissions payable under this Agreement and will provide payment to Affiliate based upon that invoice.
The amount of payment due on the invoice is determined on the date of invoice creation. Invoices in any currencies other than USD will have a USD equivalent, which will be determined by the currency exchange rate on the date of invoice generation.
In order to have invoice generated, Affiliate must provide his payment method and W-8BEN or W-9 form. If on the day of invoice generation, the payment methods are not given, or the W-8BEN/W-9 form is missing, the Affiliate’s balance will be postponed to the subsequent month and will continue to be carried over monthly until the payment method and W-8BEN or W-9 form are provided.
If the Affiliate has an unsettled balance with ExoAffiliate under this Agreement or any other agreement between the Affiliate and ExoAffiliate, whether related or unrelated to the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees that ExoAffiliate may offset any such amounts owed to ExoAffiliate from the amounts payable to the Affiliate under this Agreement.
Processing Time
- Check payments take 5-10 business days to arrive at your mailbox. Check payments are only supported in the United States.
- Wire transfers take 1 business day to clear in the United States and 2-3 business days to clear for International wires.
- ACH transfers take 2 business days to clear in the United States.
- Payoneer payments take 3 business days to show up in your Payoneer account.
Missing Payments
ExoAffiliate understands the importance of cash flow and getting your money deposited to your bank account as soon as possible. We process a high volume of payments every month and in the majority of cases, payments show up in the beneficiary account on schedule.
Unfortunately, sometimes, there are payment delays and displacements due to circumstances outside of our control. If a scheduled payment has not arrived on time, then please contact our payments team at billing@exoaffiliate.com. They will be happy to help you and ensure that you receive your payment.
Verification
As an affiliate network, we are bound by AML (Anti Money Laundering) rules and are required to verify all beneficiaries we send payments to. Before we can send your first payment we must verify your identity. Please follow the steps in the affiliate portal, to upload your government ID and get verified.

Fraud
ExoAffiliate will not be liable to pay or reimburse Affiliates in any way for a Payable Action that is incomplete, invalid or generated by fraud.
Proper proof by ExoAffiliate will provide reasonable evidence to show why certain actions were deemed incomplete, invalid or generated by fraud.
